How to format your Computer...
Format with Windows 7
- First of all you have to know how your BIOS menu opens . Generally it opens by tapping or pressing 'F2' (mostly in laptops) when your computer/laptop opens. In other case it may be 'F8','F10','alt+f10' ,'del' etc.Mine is F2.
- In BIOS menu go to 'Boot priority'(something like that) options. Select your first bootable device to DVD/CD(if your OS comes in DVD/CD) or if you are booting from pendrive then make it your first preference. Generally in older computer there is no options to boot with pendrive. So you have to make it first harddisk boot priority.
- Now exit from your BIOS menu by saving every thing changes you have made.Generally it restarts after exiting BIOS. Just plug your pendrive or insert DVD whatever you got .
- Now you can see that computer starts formatting . Accept the licence, give the serial key, select the language anything it wants. Then you come up to options where computer partitions where shown.
- If you only want to format your C: drive and don't want to loose data of other drive then just delete the C: partition drive. The delete options will come when you click on 'advanced' options.
- After that it will show 'unallocated space'.Just select it and click on 'format'.
- Now just follow the next steps that are quite easy.
- Now after all things happens it restarts(several times) and install necessary files.
- After that just install your computer drivers and experience the fun of Windows.
